Do you bill extra for supporting our environment?

Pricing is published. Supporting the client's existing environment is never billed as additional time (no hourly overages, block hours or out-of-scope charges). Unlimited remote support is included, plus on-site support within 50 miles of our Huntington Beach office. Projects are fixed-fee, quoted in writing.
