How does onboarding work?

60-day onboarding period. We generally prefer a 30-day overlap with the current MSP or IT team while we work in observation mode (tools deployed in detect/monitor-only mode, documentation, minimal changes).
Weekly meetings throughout the 60 days to review findings and recommendations; changes are minimized and approved by the client; security posture is protected throughout.
Days 31–60: full support, security review meeting, endpoint protection to protect mode, vulnerability scans, hardening, security awareness training.
Ends with a documented environment and a long-term technology plan / roadmap. Works for switching from another MSP or from internal IT (co-managed transition available).
