What costs extra?

Additional workstations and servers are $40/month each; additional mailboxes for users are $10/month each; shared mailboxes are not charged. Microsoft licensing (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure), server backup storage and hardware purchases are billed separately. Backup management and recovery support are included; server backup storage is billed based on the amount of data protected. Optional services at additional cost: Keeper Password Manager, ThreatLocker zero-trust application allowlisting, annual third-party network penetration testing (includes one free retest within 90 days), and major server/network/cloud upgrades and migrations (fixed-fee quote).
